Our Story
We spent years in HR, across startups, SMEs, and growth-stage companies and kept seeing the same thing: smart founders of well-run small businesses, doing HR by themselves, because nothing was built for them.
Not because the companies were too small to care. But because the existing options were either too expensive, too complex, or too generic to actually work for a 20-person legal firm or a 35-person architecture studio.
Too small to justify a full-time hire. Too serious about their business to keep winging it.
PlugHR is the product we wish had existed. A virtual HR team that plugs directly into your business policies, payroll coordination, compliance, hiring, and all the daily HR work for a flat monthly fee that makes sense for companies of this size.
